After long deliberations the participants recommended

• Frequent interaction between Industry & Institutions.
  
• Bridge courses for the new graduates / final year students.
  
• Formation of a consortium of colleges to assess the gap periodically with the help of industry.

Modus Operandi of some activities were also suggested

1.Identify the topics and offer parallel programmes to the interested final year students on Saturdays and Sundays and during vacations.

2.Impart training for the improvement of communication skills and stress on the same during their 4 year stay in the college.

3.Make the students pursue mini and major live projects in the areas desired by the industry.
